①thousands of的用法
意为“数以千计的;成千上
万的”。thousand是数词,
意为“一千”。当表示一
个确切的数字时,thousand
前面有具体的数字,其后
不加-s,且不与of连用;当
表示一个不确切的数字
时,thousand前面没有具体
数字,其后要加-s,且与of
连用。
如:two thousand两千
There are thousands of stars

②forget的用法
动词,意为“忘记;遗忘”。
其用法为:forget to do sth
忘记要做某事(事未做);
forget doing sth忘记做过某
事(事已做)。
如:Don't forget to close the
door.不要忘记关门。
I forgot closing the door.
忘了关过门了。
③remind的用法
动词,意为“提醒;使想
起”。其常见用法如下:
(1)remind sb of sb/sth“使
某人想起某人/物”。

醒某人做某事”。
如:He reminds me to study
