【课文原句】
I'm unhappy because I'm not your friends now.我很不开心,因为我现在不是你的朋友了。
You can't be friends with Dog because you're so different.你不能和小狗做朋友,因为你们太不一样了。
【句型结构】主句 + because 引导的原因状语从句(主语 + 系动词 + 表语 + 时间状语)

because 是英语中最常用的原因连词,核心功能是直接引出 “导致某个结果的原因”,常用来回答 “why” 引导的问句,语气明确且直接。
核心用法与结构
because 主要用来引导 “原因状语从句”,连接 “结果主句” 和 “原因从句”,常见两种结构:
①主句 + because + 原因从句先讲结果,再用 because 说明原因,这是最常用的结构。
例句:I stayed at home because I was tired.(我待在家里,因为我累了。)(主句:I stayed at home 是结果;从句:I was tired 是原因)
②Because + 原因从句,+ 主句先讲原因,再讲结果,此时从句后需加逗号,主句前不用加。
例句:Because it rained, we didn’t go to the park.(因为下雨了,我们没去公园。)(从句:it rained 是原因;主句:we didn’t go to the park 是结果)
关键注意点
· 不能和 “so” 同时使用英语中 “because”(表原因)和 “so”(表结果)不能在同一句话里连用,但中文里常说 “因为… 所以…”,翻译时要注意调整。
错误:Because I was late, so the teacher was angry.
正确:Because I was late, the teacher was angry.(因为我迟到了,老师生气了。)
· 回答 “why” 问句时直接用 “because”当别人用 “Why…?” 问原因时,必须用 “Because…” 开头回答,不能省略。
问句:Why do you like cats?(你为什么喜欢猫?)
答句:Because they are cute.(因为它们很可爱。)(不能只说 “They are cute.”)
· 后接 “句子”,不接 “单词 / 短语”because 是连词,后面必须接完整的句子(有主语和谓语)。
正确:I cried because I lost my key.(我哭了,因为我丢了钥匙。)(后接句子 I lost my key)
错误:I cried because my lost key.
