Reading protecting pandas, Simon is reading an article by a panda keeper. Here is the article. You want in safe hands, tiny, pink and quiet, with eyes closed. SHE wang was just one hundred grams when I first saw her. Her birth brought much happiness to us. We named her SHE one because IT means hope. In the beginning, SHE one couldn't see here or even move. We gave her around the clock care. At six months old, SHE began to eat bamboo. Half a year later, he weighed over thirty five kilograms. There is nothing more satisfying then seeing SHE wang grow into a big bull of fur. When he was twenty months old, SHE learned to look after herself. SHE one has a happy life here. However, giant pandas in the wild face serious problems. They are very special animals. IT is difficult for them to have babies. Even if baby pandas are born, they may easily get sick and die. Also, they live mainly on bamboo, but the bamboo forests are becoming smaller and smaller. As a result, pandas may not have a place to live or enough food to eat. Luckily, the government has taken action. There are laws to protect giant pandas and more nature reserves for them to live in. Moreover, scientists are working hard to help pandas have more babies. Thanks to all the efforts, the number of giant pandas is increasing, but they still need our protection. We believe things will get Better and Better for where there is SHE one, there is hope.
Giant pandas live in the mountains of search one shanta and guns provinces. These mountains are cool and humid all year round. There are many bamboo forests with plenty of food and water for giant pandas. Some giant pandas live in shoes or research centres. The chung hou research base makes great efforts to protect and care for pandas. When baby pandas are born, they are very small. One to two weeks after birth, the baby skin turns from pink to gray, its fur becomes black. Later, after six to eight weeks, IT can open its eyes, its teeth start to grow. After three months, IT can start to craw. The giant panda a has a black and White coat. There is black fur around its eyes and on its ears, nose, mouth, legs and shelters. Giant pandas have heavy bodies, but they are good at climbing trees. They can also swim very well. They spend about half the day eating during the rest of the time they lie around or sleep. They like to be alone. Giant pandas usually eat bamboo. They eat a lot of IT, and they eat fast. Giant pandas are a national treasure in china. They are a symbol of friendship. They go and live in other countries for a while. When we learn more about giant pandas, we understand the importance of protecting and caring for all animals.
