Story time) 教学目标 1. 能读懂Read and write部分的对话并能完成相应的任务;能听懂Let’s check部分的内容并完成相关听力题目;能独立完成Let’s wrap it up部分的练习。(语言能力) 2. 学会合理利用周末,加强体育锻炼,做到有张有弛、劳逸结合。(文化意识) 3. 能通过观察图片进行预测,辅助对听力文本的理解;能识别、提炼、概括语篇的关键信息和主要内容。(思维品质) 4. 乐于参与课堂活动,遇到困难能大胆求助。(学习能力) 教学重点 能理解Read and write部分的对话并完成文后相关练习;能独立完成Let’s check部分的听力题目。 教学难点 掌握七个星期单词的缩写形式;了解单词简单的构词法。 教学准备 录音机、录音带、课件。 教学过程 批注 Step 1 Warm-up · Greetings (师生之间打招呼问候) · Sing the song—Days of the week · Play a game a. Say the words quickly看图快速说出短语。 · Review 结合P18 Let's learn图片操练句型。Show the picture of different activities on the PPT to lead students to talk about their weekend activities. A: What day is it today? B: It’s ... A: Do you often ... on the weekend? B: Yes, I do. / No, I don’t. A: What do you often do on the weekend? B: I often ... Step 2 Presentation&Practice 1. Read and write (1)呈现Read and write中第一幅图片,引导学生简单描述图片,并听音频回答问题。Show one picture of “Read and write”. Let students look at the picture and talk about it briefly. Then listen and tick. Help students understand the meaning of “tired”. T: What can you see in the picture? How does Wu Binbin feel? Let’s listen and tick. Play the recording of“Read and write”. Check the answer together. (2)播放第一部分音频,听音频回答问题。Play Part 1 of the recording of“Read and write”. Let students answer the two questions. Then show the answers on the PPT. a. What does Wu Binbin have on Fridays? b. Does Wu Binbin like sports? Help students understand the meaning of “play sports”. T: Now we know that Wu Binbin has PE on Fridays. And he doesn’t like sports. So what does he do on the weekend? (3)阅读课文第二部分并填空,帮助学生区别often和sometimes。 Show Part 2 of“Read and write”on the PPT. Let students read answer the questions. Then ask students to underline the answers . (4)呈现判断对错部分,学生根据规划盘打勾打叉。Show the task of “Tick or cross” on the PPT. Ask students to read the dialogue again and try to complete the task “Tick or cross”. Check the answers together. Lead students to find out the mistakes in the wrong sentences and correct them. (5)呈现日程表图片,根据图片回答问题,完成课本练习。 a. Show the “new schedule” on the PPT. Ask students to read Robin’s words together and observe the new schedule carefully. The teacher asks and students answer like this: —What does Wu Binbin do on Mondays/Tuesdays/…? —He…on Mondays/Tuesdays/… b. Let students observe the new schedule, complete the dialogue between Wu Binbin and Sarah and write the answers in their books. Ask several pairs of students to stand up and read out the dialogue according to their answers. The others should listen carefully and try to find out the mistakes. Show the answers. Ask students to check their answers. Pay attention to their spellings and correct the mistakes. (6)呈现Wu Binbin运动一个月后图片,进行情感价值教育。Look at Wu Binbin, he is strong and healthy. What can you learn? S4: I often play football on the weekend. (2)听音频给图片排序。Students listen carefully and number the pictures. Ask students to stand up and say their answers. (3)播放音频,核对答案。Play the recording again. Check the answers. (4)呈现“Read and circle” 中三个问题,学生结合实际情况圈出答案。Ask students to read these sentences and circle “Yes.” or “No.” according to their real situations. 3. Let’s wrap it up (1)动画呈现单词构成方式,引导学生总结规律。Show the structures “Mon + day=Monday; bed + room= bedroom” on the PPT. Ask students to observe them carefully. Lead students to realize the formation rule of these words.“Monday” is a compound word composed of “Mon” and “day”.“Bedroom” is a compound word composed of “bed” and “room”. (2)完成“Let’s wrap it up”习题并核对答案。Let students complete the task in “Let’s wrap it up”. Show the answers on the PPT. Check the answers together. Step 3 Consolidation&Extension 1. Story time (1)创设Zoom开学情景,看视频回答问题、完成课表。 T: Look! It’s a new school year. Zoom and Zip is going to come back to school. Let’s watch the video and answer the questions. a.What are they doing? b. What are they talking about? c. What classes do they have from Monday to Friday?(Play the video again. Ask students to fill in the chart.) (2)设置问题,逐个学习理解每幅故事图片。 T: Let’s look at the pictures one by one. What does Zoom need to buy? Read and circle the answers. T: Can Zoom buy a football? (3)复述故事并将故事表演出来。 Step 4 Homework 作业:(1) Listen to the tape and read the dialogues on P19 five times. (2) Copy the words and phrases in Unit2.
