What

从单元整体设计的角度来说，本单元的单元语言目标是学生掌握与打招呼、认识新朋友相关的交际用语。1a-1b是在开学第一天早晨,学生在新学校门口互相打招呼,学生复习在小学学习过的打招呼用语;2c-2d呈现了在课堂上英语教师Ms Gao引导学生互相问好、互相认识的场景。学生通过打招呼结识朋友,包括能主动介绍自己的名字,并询问对方姓名等。

Why

在新学期伊始帮助学生复习过去所学的同时，引导其认识教材的主线任务；让学生复习如何打招呼并询问对方姓名，在不同情境下更加地道地使用打招呼交际用语，迈出认识新老师、新同学、新朋友的第一步，增进师生、生生之间的了解。

How

单元主题图的呈现，让学生了解本教材的主线人物和教材板块的设计；师生、生生之间的三个课堂问候小对话，体现了非正式语体特征，引导学生能使用简单的问候语和告别语来进行初次见面的简单问候。
