While this may seem efficient, it raises concerns about its long-term impact on learning quality. Although AI assistants can provide helpful support, over-reliance on them may limit students’ ability to think critically and solve problems independently. When students skip the process of exploring and understanding on their own, their knowledge tends to remain shallow. To address this, I suggest that AI should be used as a supportive tool rather than a primary resource. By using it wisely and only when needed, students can benefit from its help while still developing essential thinking skills. In conclusion, balancing AI use with active learning is the key to making it truly beneficial. 五、范文（优秀学生习作）  Recent days witness increasing presence of AI assistants in students’ learning tasks. In my opinion, its drawbacks outweigh the benefits.       Admittedly, AI assistants dramatically improve learning efficiency and provide access to abundant learning resources on the Internet. Yet it is undeniable that over dependence on such tools would rob students of the ability to think critically and independently over time. Meanwhile, teachers also fail to get real feedback from students.       Therefore，I suggest that students view AI as a tool that plays a role when needed instead of a substitute for your brains.
