Unit1 Happy holiday

My Trip to Beijing

Last summer holiday, I paid a visit to Beijing with my parents by train. We stayed there for five days.I learned a lot about the history of Beijing during this trip.

 Beijing is the capital of our country and it is also a beautiful and famous city with a long history. We visited many places of interest there. On the first day , we visited the Great Wall .It looked like a huge dragon. On the second day, we went to Tian ‘an men square and the Palace Museum.I also bought a lot of things about the Palace Museum. On the following days, we went to the National Stadium and some other places of interest .I took a number of photos, We felt tired but joyful.

    This trip opened up a whole new world to me and I felt even prouder of our motherland. Read ten thousand books and travel ten thousand miles. I hope I will have more chances to travel around our country in the future.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Unit 2 My Sweet Home

My home is a small but sweet apartment. There are three bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen.我的家很小但非常温馨的公寓。这儿有三间卧室、一个客厅和一间厨房. In the living room,a soft sofa sits next to a bookshelf filled with our favorite books.              在客厅里,              一个柔软的沙发在一张全是我们喜欢的书的书架旁边.

On the wall , there is a big family photo taken last Spring Festival which always makes me smile.在墙上,这有一张去年春节我们拍的全家福.它总是让我微笑.

Every evening, my parents and I cook dinner together. I learn useful cooking skills from my mom. 每晚,父母和我都会一起做饭.我向我妈妈学习有用的做饭技巧.

On weekends , we clean the house as a team -many hands make light work!

在周末,我们 以团队的形式打扫房间. 人多好办事.

We  also enjoy a board game at nights, laughing and competing cheerfully.

我们也喜欢在晚上玩儿棋盘游戏,笑得很开心并且有竞争性. 

My home is special because it's filled with love and support. Whenever I feel tired or worried, 我的家很特别,因为充满爱与支持.无论任何时候我感觉累和忧虑,

my parents smiles warm my heart. There's no place like home.

我父母的微笑都会很暖心.没有什么地方比得上家. 

No matter where I go , east or west, home is the best!

无论我去哪儿,东奔西跑也好,家是最好的地方!

 

 

 

 

Unit 3 Same or Different?

I don't really care whether my friends are the same as me or different from me.

我并不是真正的关心我的朋友和我一样还是不同.

 I only care if my friends can bring out the best in me.

我只关心我的朋友是否能激发我最好的一面. 

My favourite saying is "A friend in need is a friend indeed.

我最爱的谚语是患难见真情"

Cherry is one of my best friends and she is quite different from me.

Cherry是我最好的朋友之一并且她和我完全不同.

 I'm short but she is quite tall . As for the personality, I'm more outgoing than her, although I'm quieter than most teenagers. 我是矮的但是她相当高.至于性格,我比她外向,虽然我比大多数青少年安静.

But we also have one thing in common.We both study hard.

但是我们也有一件相同之处,我们都努力学习.

In my eyes, a true friend should always be there when I'm in trouble.

在我眼里,真正的朋友是在我困难的时候永远在我身边的.

I'll also care about my friends and help them in life and study.

我也关心我的朋友并且会在生活和学习上帮助他们.
