 Students can master the vocabulary related to hobbies: jogging, painting, paper  cutting, reading.

 Students can use the sentence patterns: “What's your favourite hobby?”, “I love/like/enjoy...”, “What do you like to...?”, “How often do you...?”.

2. Ability Objectives

 Students can talk about their own hobbies and ask others about their hobbies.

 Students can describe the frequency of doing hobbies.

3. Emotional Objectives

 Students can develop an interest in English communication about daily life topics.

 Students can appreciate the importance of having hobbies.

 Show some pictures of different hobbies (reading a book, doing paper  cutting, painting, jogging) on the screen. Ask students: “Do you know what they are doing? What's your hobby?” Let some students answer.
