Period 1 Section A What do you have?
一、教材分析
What: 本课时主要包含三部分,第一部分介绍自己所拥有的内容;第二部分谈论自己的学习或生活用品及其颜色;第三部分介绍元音字母a、e、i、o、u的第一种发音规律。
Why: 通过本节课的学习帮助学生认识自己的生活,复习有关学习、生活用品的词汇知识,同时学会表达物品的颜色,培养学生爱惜自己的物品的品质。同时学习元音字母的发音规律,提升自己的发音同时根据发音规律辅助单词拼写。
How: 首先通过在教室内的对话引入What do you have in your schoolbag?I have...这一组有关对拥有物品问答的核心对话语言。再通过同学们之间互相交流自己的物品复习What colour is/are...?It’s/They’re...这一组有关颜色问答的核心语言。通过听、说、读、唱感知五个元音字母的五个元音字母的发音规律。

1. 五个元音字母的发音规律。
2. 本课时的重点单词和短语。
3. 谈论生活、学习物品及其颜色的常用表达。
三、教学目标
【知识与技能】
1. 掌握5个元音字母的发音规律及其在单词中的拼写规则。
2. 掌握以下重点单词及短语:
bottle、eraser、key、look at、what colour
3. 掌握下列句型:
—What do you have in your schoolbag?—I have...
—What colour is/are...?—It’s/They’re...
【情感、态度与价值观】
通过询问同学们的物品加深同学们之间的了解,同时主动与同伴谈论自己的物品及其颜色等。表达对物品的喜欢与爱惜之情。

重点:有关谈论物品及其颜色的核心语言;5个元音字母的发音。
难点:如何表达对物品的喜爱之情。

六、教学过程
Step 1 Lead-in
1. Play an English song What o you have and then ask students sing along with the song.
2. T: Now let’s practice. I ask, you answer one by one, but you can’t answer the same thing, OK?
Ss: OK.
T: Great. What do you have in your school bag?
S1: I have a cap.
T: What do you have in your school bag?
S2: I have a pencil.
...
3. Practice “Good morning” in the same way.
【设计意图】以歌曲的方式导入,让学生跟唱并练习主要句型,通过让学生回答不同的物品,使同学们复习之前已学过的一些生活及学习用品,同时也能方便老师了解学生词汇掌握的情况。
Step 2 Presentation
1. Learn the new words bottle, eraser and key by the pictures.
2. Practice the new words and some words learned in primary school by some small games such as loud and slow voice.
3. Work on 1a.
(1)Look at the picture. Match the things with the names.
(2)Check the answers: (从左至右,从上到下 B D C A E F)
4. Let the students circle “an eraser” and the teacher explain the usage of a and an.
Step 3 Pair work(Work on 1b)
Let students work in pairs and practice the sentence pattern “What do you have...I have...”.
Step 5 Pre-listening
1. Work on 2a.
(1)Let students listen and follow the recording to read aloud the words about colours.
(2)Ask students match the colour words with the pictures.
(3)Practice the colour words by flashing the colour in the PPT quickly.
2. Work on 2b.
(1)Look at the things and point out the colour of these things.
(2)Complete the sentences in 2b.
Check the answers: brown blue
(3)Conclude the sentence pattern about asking and answering colours and explain the verbs is/are.
3. Review the words of the things in 2c.

Step 6 While-listensing
1. Work on 2c
Let students listen to the recording and colour the things.
2. Work on 2d
Listen again and complete the sentences.
Step 7 Post-listening(Work on 2e)
1. Conclude the sentence pattern about describing the colour of one certain thing: 物品+is/are+颜色.
2. Work in pair to the new things you have.
Step 8 Pronunciation
1. Work on 1.
1. Let students listen and repeat the sounds.
2. Conclude the rules according the table.
