During a work trial,I witnessed an incident
where a colleague's fake smile demonstrated
hidden anger.By contrast,our manager used a
slight bow to break down barriers, improving the
interaction.Observing their gestures,I learned
how nonverbal cues(信息)vary and help us
interpret emotions.This experience showed how
small actions can differ in impact.
