Unit 6 Animals-Reading Club1&2 1. Content Overview This unit focuses on the theme of animals. Reading Club 1 presents two short passages about penguins and giraffes. The passage about penguins describes their appearance, such as big bodies, small heads, short necks and legs, as well as their unique abilities like swimming fast and laying eggs in groups. The text about giraffes tells about their physical features like big eyes on a small head, long necks, and their daily behaviors such as the way of drinking water and sleeping.
