Practice makes perfect
During the summer holiday, I saw a group of American students at the Temple of Heaven. They asked me about the restaurants nearby, and I answered them in English. To my surprise, they could not understand my English, and I had to repeat myself many times. I then decided to make a plan to improve my English.
I started my plan after I came back. Every morning, I spent 10 minutes listening to English on a language learning app on my phone, then another 10 minutes practising my pronunciation. I did this every day, even at the weekend. After two months, my pronunciation became a lot better.
Practice makes perfect. I still follow this plan, and now I am happy that I can express myself in English very well. I even work as a volunteer to help foreign tourists in my free time.
Introduction: Introduce
the problem.
Conclusion: Share what you’ve learnt from it.
Main body: Give a detailed description of how you overcame the problem.

Sample
During the summer holiday, I met some Australian visitors at the Summer Palace. They asked me how to get to the closest subway station. I answered in English, but they could not understand me well. I had to say it again a few times. I felt a little bad about it, and decided to work on my English.
From that day on, I made a plan to practice every day. Each evening, I used a language app to listen to English for 15 minutes. Then I would spend 15 more minutes trying to speak like the speakers in the app. I did this even on busy days. After three months, my English became much better.
Now I still keep doing this. I am happy that I can talk in English more easily. These days, I sometimes help foreign students at my school with their Chinese, and they help me with English too.
