教学目标
1.语言能力:
(1)Students will be able to listen, recognize, and say six sport phrases: jumping rope, running, swimming, playing ping-pong, playing basketball, playing football.(学习理解)
(2)Use the sentence patterns: “What sports are you good at?” “I’m good at...” in context.(学习理解)
2.文化意识: Understand the positive spirit of sports (health, happiness, perseverance); recognize Olympic symbols and ball sports.(迁移创新)

难点:Correct use of verb-ing form after be good at.
教学过程
Step 1 Warm up: Creating Interest 5分钟
1. Show the main picture of Unit 1.
Let students guess the topic in Unit 1 according to the pictures.
T: Maybe the topic is _________ .
Ss:Sports
Read and learn the word---sports
设计意图:看图猜测单元主题,培养学生读图能力,并于本单元建立情境联系。
2. Free talk
T: Do you like sports? What sports do you like?

Step 2 Presentation
1. Learn the new phrases and sentences(5分钟)
1) Guess the sport the teacher is good at according to the prompts.
T: You can use “What sports are you good at?” to ask the sports you are good at.
2) Students find the grammar rule of "be good at + doing" by observing the sentence (学生归纳:动词ing)
3) Game: Whack-a-mole打地鼠
设计意图:动作具象化语法规则。学生自主归纳语言规律。用趣味游戏化巩固词汇。
2. Text Analysis (10分钟)
1) Picture Prediction
Show the picture of Lesson 1(cover text).
2) Ask: “Who are they? Where are they?”
