发言稿:介绍学校社团活动
A very warm welcome to our school! I’m Li Hua, and it’s
my great pleasure to introduce our diverse and vibrant club
activities to you all.
Our school boasts over twenty student-run clubs,
covering a wide range of areas including arts, sports,
technology, and beyond. For instance, the Drama Club
stages regular public performances, the Street
Dance Club secures top prizes in numerous competitions,
and the Robotics Club is where creativity meets real-world
application. I particularly recommend trying the Traditional
Chinese Calligraphy Club or the Martial Arts
Club to experience writing characters, learning basic moves,
and feeling the charm of Chinese culture.

I sincerely hope you enjoy the activities and make new
friends. Thank you!

I believe that taking a gap year can be beneficial for
high school graduates before embarking on university
education.
On one hand, students will deepen the insight into their
intended major and bridge the gap between theory and
practice by immersing themselves in travel, volunteer work,
or major-related practical exploration. On the other hand,
appropriate relaxation can alleviate academic stress,
strengthen mental adaptive capacities, and contribute to
students’ preparation for higher education.
Naturally, a gap year requires careful planning to avoid
unproductive use of time. When used wisely, it can serve as
an accelerator for personal growth and development,

transforming what may seem like a pause in education into

专栏回信:帮你应对学习压力与坏情绪
I’m truly sorry to hear about the stress you’re facing
lately—high school workload can feel overwhelming, and it’s
totally normal to feel anxious or lose your temper
sometimes. Please don’t blame yourself for this; it’s just
your mind and body’s way of telling you to take a little
break.
Here are a few small tips I hope can help. First, try to
split your study tasks into smaller parts. Big goals can feel
scary, but finishing one tiny task at a time will make you
feel more in control and less stressed. Second, set aside 10
minutes every day for something you love—like listening to
music, drawing, or even just taking a walk outside. This
helps your brain relax and recharge, so you’ll be more

focused when you get back to studying. Finally, don’t
hesitate to talk to someone you trust, like a friend,
parent, or teacher.
You’re doing your best, and that’s more than enough.
Take it one day at a time, and I believe things will get
better soon.
