通知模板

通知可分为口头通知(Announcement)和书面通知(Notice)两类。口头通知是当面向有关人员口授有关活动的信息，而书面通知是以布告的形式把事情通知给有关人员。通知的要素是时间、地点、对象、事件具体内容、注意事项等。通知的语言应该简洁明了、直截了当。

第一步：明确是口头通知还是书面通知

第二步：具体阐明通知的内容（时间、地点、事件等）并且要把活动的目的和意义写出来。

第三步：提醒注意，要求参加

书面通知

II Topic-based Patterns

开头：活动背景/目的

1. Good news for you! In order to help students learn English(为了帮同学们学习英语）, we will hold a series of film presentations.

2. To satisfy your thirst / desire for the knowledge of the Silk Road(为了满足大家对“丝绸之路”相关知识的需求）, our school organizes a related lecture/speech.

3. An event "Learning English from Films" is approaching/drawing near/around the corner/on the way(主题为“Learning English from Films” 的活动即将临近）,with the intention of making our school life more colorful and meaningful.
