一、单元内容分析
本单元的话题是“学校生活”,属于“人与自我”主题范畴中的“生活与学习”主题群,主要涉及“丰富、充实、积极向上的生活”“时间管理”等子主题。本单元主要以对话和语篇为载体,整个单元以谈论自己和他人的日常校园生活为线索,将日常校园生活中所涉及的语言、词汇和时间的表达融入一系列的教学任务中。学习时间介词和频度副词的用法,然后学会对日常作息的提问和回答。本单元的语音部分指导学生掌握/ɑː/、/ɔː/、/iː/、/e/、/uː/、/ʊ/、/ɜː/、/ə/等元音。

2.了解不同的作息习惯。
3.掌握合理安排时间的方法。

三、单元重难点
1.重点:
(1)让学生牢固地掌握时间介词和频度副词的用法。
(2)学习/ɑː/、/ɔː/、/iː/、/e/、/uː/、/ʊ/、/ɜː/、/ə/等元音。
(3)科学合理安排时间,学习制订作息时间表,积极参与户外活动并且帮忙做家务。
2.难点:
(1)让学生理解并能灵活运用时间介词和频度副词。
(2)让学生掌握/ɑː/、/ɔː/、/iː/、/e/、/uː/、/ʊ/、/ɜː/、/ə/等元音。

Step 1 Leading in
1.Greet the class.
2.Watch a short video about daily activities.
3.Ask students what people in the video do and share the answers.
Step 2 Work on A
1.Present some pictures and guide students to learn the new word “activity”and explain it using the phrases “get up”“have breakfast”and so on.
2.Use PPT to play fast reaction games to practise the new words and phrases.
3.Lead students to look at the table of Millie’s day.Complete the table on the right with their own daily activities.
Step 3 Work on B
1.Play the recording for the first time.Ask students to listen only.
2.Play the recording for the second time.Ask students to listen and answer some questions:
(1)When does Simon get up?
(2)When does Millie get up?
(3)What does Millie like best about her school day?
(4)What club does Simon join?
3.Check the answers.
4.Play the recording for the third time and ask students to listen and repeat.
5.Explain the meaning of some important phrases.
6.Ask students to work in pairs and role⁃play the conversation.See which pair is the best.
Step 4 Work on C
1.Lead students to look at the question:What do you like best about your school day?Discuss it with a partner by using what they have learnt.
2.Walk around the classroom and give help to students who are in trouble.
3.Invite some students to share their answers and give a feedback.
◇教学反思◇
本课时比较贴合学生的生活,是学生较为感兴趣的话题,因此他们能在愉快的课堂气氛中进行交流。但是由于新词较多,可能造成部分学生练习效果较差,课后需多加练习。
