3.Lead students to look at the grammar rules on p138 and explain the grammar rules.
Step 3 Work on Activity 6
1.Ask the students to look at the words in Activity 6 and complete the sentences with the correct form of the words.
2.Invite some students to give the answers.Give them praise and advice.
Step 4 Work on Activity 7
1.Ask students to look through the passage and complete it using the correct form of the words.
2.Check the answers.
3.Explain the difficult language points in the passage.
Step 5 Work on Activity 8
1.Have students work in pairs and write about their hobbies.Use the words and expressions from the reading passage.
2.Let students talk with their partners and take notes of their partners’ hobbies and reasons.
