Step 2 Work on 1a 1.Show the students the picture in 1a.Let the students describe what they can see in the picture. 2.Let the students tick the things they see. 3.Check the answers together. Step 3 Work on 1b-1c 1.Let the students look through the text and read by themselves. 2.Teach the difficult words and sentences in the text.Write them down on the blackboard. 3.Ask the students to read the text together. 4.Ask the students to read the text by themselves and fill in the blanks in 1c. 5.Check the answers in 1c together. Step 4 Work on 1d 1.Let the students talk in groups about the questions in 1d. 2.Show the pictures in 1a again and check the answers together.
