Do you know what the world’s highest waterfall is? You may say that they are Niagara Falls. Niagara Falls are really beautiful, but in terms of the height, the most fantastic one in the world are Angel Falls. They are deep in the jungles of Venezuela.

On the morning of April 30, 2025, the Shenzhou ⅩⅨ manned spacecraft successfully landed at the Dongfeng Landing Site. The three astronauts, Cai Xuzhe, Song Lingdong and Wang Haoze, were in good health. Their safe return made the whole country excited.
The Shenzhou ⅩⅨ spacecraft was launched on October 30, 2024, from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. During their six-month space mission, the astronauts carried out many important tasks. They did science experiments to study how things work in space. They also walked in space to install new equipment outside the space station, which helped to improve the space station’s functions.
Before the return, the astronauts carefully prepared for the journey back. They made sure all the data from their experiments was saved and sent back to Earth. They also tidied up the space station and handed over their work to the Shenzhou ⅩⅩ crew.
The return journey was full of challenges. When the spacecraft entered the Earth’s atmosphere, it had to face high temperatures caused by friction (摩擦). The surface of the spacecraft became very hot, like a fireball in the sky. But with China’s advanced (先进的) technology, the spacecraft safely passed through this dangerous part.
