Finding a balance: my Pilates experience
At first, I thought Pilates was tiring. When I started, it was hard because my leg had been injured before. As a result, I usually feels uncomfortable when I stand or walk for a while. But I kept trying, and slowly I learned to balance my breath and inner peace. Gradually, I found the uncomfortable feeling was disappearing, and I felt very happy and proud!
Now, Pilates is part of my life. It makes my body stronger and helps me more energetic. It also teaches me to never give up. When I do Pilates, I feel calm and happy. It’s like finding a balance between working hard and relaxing. I really love it! Hope you can find your balance, too.
