Hi, I’m Li Ming and I live in Sichuan, China! The tiger is my favorite animal. I love tigers because they are strong and brave. They are also a symbol of power and courage (勇气) in Chinese culture. People call them “the king of the forest”.

These days, a lot of people are facing weight problems in China. A report says about 50 percent (百分之) of adults (成年人) and 20 percent of teenagers are overweight. If people don’t take action, about 70 percent of Chinese adults will be overweight by (到…时候) 2030.
There are some reasons for this. First, people eat too much fast food. It’s easy and delicious, but it often has a lot of salt, fat and sugar. That makes them put on weight. Eating fast food like pizza and hamburgers too often may cause heart problems. Second, now many people spend too much time using computers, phones instead of exercising. Third, they always stay up late and don’t get enough sleep.
To keep fit, people should improve their eating habits. It’s better for them to cook healthy balanced meals at home. They should eat more vegetables and fruits, and drink water or milk instead of soda or milk tea. You are what you eat. Also, try to exercise for about an hour every day, such as walking, jogging, swimming and so on. Last but not least, please remember to go to bed early.
