Step 1 Leading in
1.Greet the class.
2.Invite some students to briefly introduce Nancy’s or Tomoya’s school life again to review the knowledge.
Step 2 Work on C
1.Give students one minute to review the words and phrases in the box and then ask students to read them.
2.Let students scan the blog post first and then ask them to complete it with the correct forms of the words and phrases in the box.
3.Check the answers together and give some advice.
Step 3 Work on D
1.Let students read the blog post again,and think about the questions in Part D.
2.Ask some students to share their answers with classmates.
Step 4 Writing
1.Ask students to write a short passage to compare their school with either Nancy’s or Tomoya’s school.Walk around the classroom to offer help and guidance.
2.Invite some students to share their passages with the class.Encourage other students to listen carefully and give positive feedback.

本课时通过复习和深入阅读,学生对描述学校生活的词汇和文章内容有了更深入的理解。但在理解教育文化差异时,部分学生存在一定难度,需要在后续教学中引入更多的文化背景知识,帮助学生更好地理解不同国家的教育理念。
