If you haven't already, you too should switch to the latest ecofriendly, energyefficient, energysaving LED lighting. As the world becomes more focused on green issues, everyone should do their part in practicing energy efficiency, recycling, cutting down their CO2 emissions and much, much more. One of the most successful campaigns that started in Australia is the now world famous “Earth Hour”. 2.2 million of Sydney's residents turned off their lights for an hour in a mass attempt to save energy. The following year, the same idea was adopted by a whole host of different cities.
This is a great example of a campaign to promote ecofriendly options and energy efficiency. But while it clearly raises awareness, it is not a longterm solution to energy saving across the developed world. A longterm solution can be found in the form of switching to LED lighting rather than the traditional halogen lights found in a typical home.
Put simply, LED lighting is the future of lighting. LED lamps use up only a fraction of the energy compared to that of regular lamps. They also produce a quality flickerfree light, and will last longer than a regular light with 50,000 hours being realistic. Not only are they longer lasting and more energyefficient with no sacrifice in light quality, but they also have quickly become a possible substitute for lamps that have been previously installed by homes and businesses.
An ordinary 50 watt lowvoltage halogen light on for 4 hours a day would cost $ 25 per year to run. With a life span of around 3,000 hours it will typically stop working at the twoyear mark. Comparing with an LED light of 50 watts operating for the same period will cost roughly $ 6 per year to run and last 50,000 hours. That means it won't have to be replaced for 24 years! It really is a nobrainer to switch to energysaving LED lighting. Plus, you will be doing your bit for the environment by being more ecofriendly.

There is no wrong time to prepare for your future. In fact, now may be the perfect time to work on your education and other career goals. It's especially important that mothers have the tools to be able to care for their families. Earning a grant can lead to obtaining an important degree that can help land the perfect job for you.
One obvious area of importance is the technology industry. Digital and wireless capabilities continue to advance, and new technology is being developed constantly. Technological systems are often complex, which is why intelligent people are needed to help make them accessible to society. Several projections rank computer software engineering as one of the professions that is expected to rise greatly in the next five years.
Health and medicine is another job area that is always in high demand. In healthcare there is plenty of variety and opportunity. Occupational and physical therapists are important as well as their assistants. Mental health counselors are also expected to be in increased demand. There are many fields that don't require a medical degree but rather specialized training is specific coursework.
Although the job outlook appears dark now, there is still reason to be optimistic. A great number of industries and service areas could see growth in the rebounding economy. One common thread among all these jobs is that you need the proper education. If you're a mother, you may think your chance has passed but there are programs tailored just for you. Moms of all kinds can benefit from the Scholarships for Moms program started by former President Obama. The Obama administration intends to make going to school more appealing and easier to accomplish with the $ 5,000 scholarship. It's an important step in helping moms earn the degrees they need.

Ⅱ.阅读填句
Set a limit for yourself
In order to put the brain in overdrive, you can place restrictions on yourself while creating, which will prevent you from falling back on past successes. If you usually write 1,000word short stories, try to create a story in under 500 words. Only use a small handful of chords in your song or colors in your design. __1__
Reconceptualize the problem
Researchers have noted that creative people tend to reconceptualize problems more often before starting a creative task. As Einstein once said “If I had an hour to solve a problem, I'd spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and five minutes thinking about solutions.” The best approach is to picture the intended audience of your next creative project. What inspires them? __2__ What are the problems they face but are rarely able to talk about?
3__
Although negative moods can sometimes spur creativity, researchers have found that it is during strong positive moods that our best creative work is done. In fact, the feeling of love or even thinking about love was shown to best encourage creative thinking.
Daydream...after getting started
While research has shown that daydreaming can help with creativity, it is important to note that studies have revealed that daydreaming only works when you've already committed effort towards a project. The reason? Daydreaming can be beneficial because it allows for the incubation (孵化 )of ideas. __4__
5__
Research has shown that this “psychological distance” is an important part of being creative. For instance, one study found that people who thought their work would be used by someone else came up with more novel ideas. On the other hand, those who were told that they would be using their own creation later came up with less novel ideas. When creating, even for personal projects, think about how someone else will enjoy, use, and incorporate your creation into their lives.
A.Stay positive all the time
B.Think about others
C.What might have been?
D.What are they sick of hearing about?
E.The limiting nature of the task can make you creative.
F.So be sure to get started on your project before drifting off.
G.Include your creation into their lives.
