一、文本特点

景点介绍属于说明文，使用生动的语言对某一地点或某一环境进行具体逼真的描述。

二、语言特点

1．具体：景点介绍文章要具体明确地介绍什么(what)，在何处(where) 等具体信息，传达给读者该景点名字和特征。

2．生动：景点介绍时，语言要生动，富有感染力，使读者有身临其境之感，且产生强烈的旅游欲望。

3．简洁：景点介绍类文章通常采用一般现在时，遣词造句要简洁，不可过分渲染或模棱两可。

三、结构特点

此类文章分为三部分。

1．首段：整体介绍景点。例如其基本的地理位置或人文环境。

2．主体：具体介绍其代表性的历史价值或突出的自然和人文特色等。

3．结尾：总结概括并鼓励或邀请读者前来旅游休闲度假。

四、知识储备

常用表达句式

1．表达“地理位置”

2．表达“历史背景”

It has a long history of ...years.

It is a(n) ... place/ country with ... history.

3．表达“人口”

It has a population of ...

It is a beautiful city with a population of...

4．表达“时间”

5．表达“景点特点”

It is rich in tourist attractions.

It is well­known for its world­famous places of interest.

The city, known as...，attracts millions of visitors from all over the world.

Few visitors leave the city feeling disappointed.

6．表达“动作”

go along; go straight ahead；turn left; turn right; walk down the street; keep going; cross the street ；take Bus No. 17; take the first turning on your left; go straight on to the traffic light

7．表达“方位”

in the center of; to the left/right; at the foot of; on the top of; in the distance; close to; next to; beside; opposite; facing ...; two blocks away; at the crossing; on the other side of; It is just in front of you.

8．表示“成立；建立”的句子

The history museum was set up in 1966.

The history museum opened 50 years ago.

9．表示“接待参观者”的句子

The history museum has had 10 million guests since it opened years ago.

The history museum has received over 10 million visitors from all over the country.

10．表示“洋溢着……”的句子

The park is always full of children's laughter.

The park is  always filled with children's laughter.
