如何写文章概要 [素养提升] 一、文体特点 概要写作就是用自己的语言概括原文的主旨大意和核心信息。写作要包括三个步骤：(1)阅读；(2)写作；(3)修改全文。其中最重要的一点就是“强调”用自己的语言说出主旨。其实在概要写作中不仅仅要包括主旨，更应该包括全文中最主要的核心信息。 二、语言特点 概要写作是对短文的高度概括，并且限制在60词左右，四个要点，因此概要写作句型一般要较长，才能满足要求，表达全面。同时，要采用复杂句型，兼用名词性从句和定语从句，将要点进行有效且符合原文内容要求的文章。 三、结构特点 概要写作通常不分段落，一段一气呵成。但要在阅读原文后，迅速理清要点，在此基础之上对要点进行扩写，使句型丰满，尽可能涵盖要点。 (1)确定文体：这是一篇摘要。写作时注意： ①概要应包括原文中的主要事实，略去不必要的细节。 ②安排好篇幅的比例，概要应同原文保持协调，即用较多的文字写重要内容，用较少的文字写次要内容。 ③注意要点之间的衔接，要用适当的关联词语贯通全文，切忌只简单地写出一些互不相干的句子，但也不要每两句之间都强加关联词语，以免显得生硬。 ④不排斥用原文的某些词句，但不要照搬原文的句子。如果不能完全用自己的话语表达，至少对原文句子做一些同义替换，如果结构上也能有一些转换会更好。 ⑤计算词数，看是否符合规定的词数要求。 ⑥注意检查是否有拼写错误，标点符号是否规范，书写是否整洁。 (2)主体时态：文章应以一般现在时为主。 (3)主体人称：由于是摘要，所以人称应该以第三人称为主。 (4)读懂原文，抓住大意 在阅读过程中，需要准确把握文章大意，弄清不同体裁的文章的内部逻辑关系。在读的同时，抓住文章的中心，透彻理解全文。 (5)定位主题句，找到关键 在读懂原文、抓住大意的基础上，接下来需要逐段定位每个段落的主题句，并以提纲的形式记录下来。 (6)组织语言，转换表达 列出主题句和关键信息点后，需要开始组织语言、转换表达。 四、知识储备 ★常用表达句式 Summary常用句式 (1)This article/passage mainly tells (a story)about...
