[探究] 1．句5、6、7句采用了过去进行时，其构成形式为“主语＋was/were doing”。 2．句1、2、3、4采用了过去进行时的被动语态，其构成形式为“主语＋was/were being done”。 一、定义 [感知] 　Trees were being planted by them at this time yesterday. 昨天这个时候他们在种树。 [探究] 过去进行时的被动语态表示过去某个时刻正在进行或者发生的被动动作。谓语动词的主语是动作的承受者而不是执行者。 二、构成 [感知] 1．The old man was being looked after by the nurse at that moment. 当时那位老人正在由护士照看着。 2．The TV set was not being fixed by him this time yesterday. 昨天这个时候他没有修理电视机。 3．Was a new library being put up in their school just then? 他们学校当时正在建一座新图书馆吗？ 4．What was being done to the machine then? 那时正在对这台机器采取什么措施？ [探究] 过去进行时的被动语态的构成 肯定句 主语＋was/were＋being＋及物动词的过去分词(＋by＋动作的执行者) 否定句 主语＋was/were＋not＋being＋及物动词的过去分词(＋by＋动作的执行者) 一般 疑问句 Was/Were＋主语＋being＋及物动词的过去分词(＋by＋动作的执行者)？ 特殊 疑问句 特殊疑问词＋was/were＋主语＋being＋及物动词的过去分词(＋by＋动作的执行者)？ [即练] 句型转换 1．The boy's father was scolding him when his mother came back. →The boy was being scolded by his father when his mother came back.(被动语态) 2．The watch was being repaired last week. →Was the watch being repaired last week？(一般疑问句) →When was the watch being repaired？(对加黑部分进行提问) 三、基本用法 [感知] 1．Another bridge was being built over the Changjiang River then. 那时长江上正在建造另一座桥。 2．The president was being interviewed by the presenter the moment I entered the office. 当我走进办公室的那一刻，会长正在接受主持人的采访。 3．Several patients were being treated in the local hospital then.(表示过去正在进行的被动动作) 当时有几个病人正在当地医院接受治疗。 4．Several patients were treated in the local hospital then.(表示过去发生的动作) 当时有几个病人在当地医院接受治疗。 [探究] 1．过去进行时的被动语态强调的是在过去的某个时间点正在进行的被动动作。常与过去进行时连用的有then、at this time yesterday、at that moment、yesterday afternoon等时间状语及the moment、when等引导的时间状语从句。 2．过去进行时的被动语态与一般过去时的被动语态的区别：过去进行时的被动语态强调动作发生的过程，一般过去时的被动语态强调动作的结果。 过去进行时的被动语态一般不与表示一段时间的状语或表示次数的状语连用，否则需要用完成时态的被动语态。 ①The house over there was being built last month. 那边的房子上个月正在修建中。 ②The worker said the house over there had been built for two years. 这个工人说那边的房子已经建了两年了。 ③He said the watch had been repaired twice. 他说这块表已经被修过两次了。 过去进行时的被动语态速记口诀 过去被动进行时，基本结构要分清。 题中be动如何选，主语单复要分清。 单数概念用was，复数形式were出征； 体现进行锁关键，being必须加其中； 过去分词随其后，过去被动进行已确定。 [即练] 　单句填空/完成句子 1．Tom's house was being painted(paint) when we paid a visit to him last week. 2．The owner claimed the boat was being used(use) without her knowledge. 3．More than a dozen students in that school were sent(send) abroad to study medicine last year. 4．这部电影昨天7点正在放映。 The film was being shown at 7 a.m.yesterday. 5．宴会正在准备之中，这时外边下起了雪。 The feast was being prepared when it began to snow outside.
