Want to have some delicious ice cream? Try making it by yourself at home. It is much easier than you may think. Just “shake” your way to it!

How you make ice cream
Step 1 Put the cream, milk and sugar in one small plastic bag. Slowly seal (密封) the bag to let as much air out as possible.
Step 2 Put this bag inside the second small bag. Seal it again. Using two bags can keep the mix from spilling (溢出) on other things.
Step 3 Put the two-bagged mix into the big plastic bag. Add the ice and salt to the big bag. Seal it well.
Step 4 Hold the bag with a towel. Shake and rub (摩擦) the bag. Keep doing this for 5 to 8 minutes. Then, open the bag and your ice cream is ready!
Milk has fat, protein (蛋白质) and water. If you put the mix in the fridge, the water separates (分离) and turns into large chunks (块) of ice. This makes it hard to get creamy ice cream. But when you shake and rub milk, water can stay inside the milk and mix well with other things.

Creative vloggers (创意视频博主) are using AI to bring famous people from history like Tang Dynasty poets Li Bai and Du Fu to life. These videos have become popular, showing these ancient icons (代表人物) speaking in modern language.
