新能源汽车 第一篇: 1 学科网(北京)股份有限公司 As of January 9, 2025, the output of new energy vehicles (NEVs) in China reached 12.185 million in 2024. It is the first country in the world to reach this record. China started keeping records of NEVs in 2013. That year, only 18,000 NEVs were produced. In 2018, the number was more than one million. It kept rising and reached five million in 2022. Researchers had expected it to grow to more than 12 million by the end of 2024. The fast development of China’s NEV industry means a lot to the environment. “Developing the new energy industry is a common goal in the world”, said Xin Guobin, China’s leader in the industry and information technology. NEVs help to protect the environment, Xin noted. Therefore, they play a big part in dealing with climate change. Sales of NEVs in China have also grown quickly. About ten years ago, just above 1 percent of the cars on Chinese roads were NEVs. In July 2024, NEV sales were 878,000, and their market share reached 51.1 percent. They made history because their market share surpassed that of fuel-powered cars for the first time. A greener auto industry is a new direction for the future. A report showed that electric cars made up about 18 percent of all cars sold worldwide in 2023. That was an increase from 14 percent in 2022. According to the IEA (国际能源署), the world will need 45 million NEVs by 2030 to reach a net zero carbon footprint. To help meet this goal, China will continue to provide more greener cars. 阅读表达: 1. What was the output of new energy vehicles (NEVs) in China in 2024? 2. What did Xin Guobin say about developing the new energy industry? 3. What percentage of cars on Chinese roads were NEVs about ten years ago? 4.Do you think China's rapid development of the NEV industry will have a positive or negative impact on the global environment? Another invention that got a lot of attention was TCL’s companion robot, Ai Me [Amy]. The little robot could be seen flapping its arms, blinking its animated eyes and moving around the space in a small motorised capsule. The company says it will enhance daily life. Plus, it looks super cute! Another invention hoping to help in the home is the Roborock Saros Z70. It is a robot vacuum (扫地机器人) with an extendable arm on top that can help tidy the house by picking up those clothes you ‘forgot’ to put in the laundry basket. Also on display this year was Kirin’s Electric Salt Spoon. It gives your tongue a small electric shock as you eat, tricking it into thinking the food tastes saltier than it is. This year, the company Xander was showcasing the latest version of its glasses designed to help people with hearing loss. They use AI to listen to speech and project what is being said as subtitles onto the lenses. Some of the technology unveiled at past CES events has gone on to change the way we live. Whether any of this year’s inventions do… we’ll have to wait and see. 1.What is special about Xpeng AeroHT’s Land Aircraft Carrier? A. It can transform into a minivan. B.
