Citywalk is becoming a new travel fashion for young
people in China who are exploring cultural spot (景点). Unlike
traditional travel, it avoids famous spots and large crowds to
get a better experience.
Many young people enjoy gathering a few good friends
and hanging out in the streets when they visit a new city. They
can follow a city route (路线), exploring old buildings, going window-shopping,
drinking a cup of coffee, or enjoying local snacks.
In order to show their Citywalk, more and more people post their pictures
and experiences online. Xiao Yiyi, a young guide from Changsha, shared six
Citywalk routes from different cities on the Internet. Her route in Changsha
includes historical buildings, old streets, and even some snack bars.
Citywalk is spreading from the largest cities to smaller ones. Some places,
such as Beijing and Shandong, have included Citywalk in their plans to develop
cultural tourism and relaxing tours. In Shanghai, there are even Citywalk buses
to help people reach far places before starting to walk.
Citywalk gives young people a chance to explore cities and also meet
others who share the same interests. It is also a chance for tour guides and
travel companies to provide better service to meet the ever-changing market

From friendships to work stress, more Chinese people
are now using AI like DeepSeek to talk about their
problems. They share feelings with the chatbot (聊天机器
人 ) and get warm advice. This is called “AI therapy (治
疗 )”, which is becoming popular online. But can robots
really take the place of human doctors?
Around the world, 45% of people who needed mental (精神的) health care
in 2024 did not get it because it was too expensive or there weren’t enough
doctors, according to Huntington Psychological Services. Daniel Lowd, a
professor at the University of Oregon, believes AI could help fill this gap. “If
people can find some comfort and ideas by talking to ChatGPT or other chatbot,
then I think that’s wonderful,” Lowd told Newsweek. Li Yong, a doctor at the
Jiangsu Province Hospital, agreed with Lowd, saying that AI meets people’s
needs for emotional comfort to a point.
However, AI is not perfect. Human doctors understand feelings deeply
through face-to-face talks and make personalized caring plans—something
robots can’t fully copy. Another problem is safety. AI might act like a doctor
without proper training or rules. It can’t be as dependable as doctors.
Some believe the key to safe AI therapy is strict rules. For example, Wysa,
an AI mental health app, follows strict medical rules in the UK. As AI becomes
part of daily life, finding a middle ground between its advantages and risks is
important. While AI offers quick help, human connection (连接) is still needed.

Chinese people 82 (start) to use chopsticks as early

unlucky word. So by the Ming Dynasty, people began to call 84 (they)
“Kuai”, meaning “fast” in Chinese. This is the start of today’s name of Chinese
chopsticks.
However, there is no historical record about 85 made chopsticks.
It is said that Dayu, the founder of the Xia Dynasty, invented chopsticks. He
used sticks to pick 86 hot food in order to save time for floods control.
87 (final), the floods were under control and the sticks that helped Dayu
became chopsticks.
Chopsticks are not just simple dining tools. They have their own special
rules and traditions. When 88 (eat) with the elders, Chinese people
usually let the elders take up chopsticks before anyone else. Besides, playing
with chopsticks is thought to be a bad manner. It’s also impolite 89
