When my best friend came to comfort me, I got angry and shouted at her. This made me feel even worse. I regretted it soon after, and said sorry to her. She forgave me and we were friends again.
How should we deal with our bad feelings? Here is some advice. First, accept them. Some of our feelings are unhelpful. However, there’s no need to fight with them, because that will make them worse.
