应用文写作指导 一、建议信 【开头段】问候+写信原因（选一句即可） （问候：We haven’t seen each other for a long time.How is it going? ） ① I'm glad to receive your letter for asking me how to… ② After I read you letter, I'm sorry to know that…I’d like to offer you some practical (实质性的）suggestions./ I’d like to share some tips with you concerning(关于）/about ... ③ I have learnt that you have some trouble in...and I am writing to give/offer you the following suggestion. 【中间段】提出建议+给出理由（好处）（可以选用不同句式，注意时态为：一般现在时） 衔接词： 首先：firstly, first of all, to begin with, first and foremost, in the first place 其次：secondly, and then, next, besides, what’s more, furthermore, in addition， additionally 最后：last, finally, last but not least, most importantly 给建议的句式表达：(可以用上定语从句，但是切记不要为了用而用，如果不缺低谷句子是否正确，那就不要写） 给点再展开（好处可以用上结果状语从句） It is important to... It offers a great chance to... 注意，本学期必修三书本学习了节日以及文化，如果写到关于文化的，那么意义可以这么写： Through this activity/event, we(主体可改，根据写作对象） can have a better understanding of Chinese culture.At the same time, it offers us a good opportunity to pass down our excellent traditional culture. Would you please tell me your decision as soon as possible because I want to see you there.（第二段最后一句可以用，选择性使用） 【结尾段】期望接受邀请 句式一：I do hope you will accept our/my invitation if it is convenient to you.I am looking forward your early reply. 我真心希望你方便的话能接受我们的邀请.期待早日收到你的来信。 句式二：I’d appreciate it if you could spare your time to join us.An early reply about your final decision will be highly appreciate. 升级版本(结尾）： 句式三：I would greatly appreciate your taking the invitation into consideration.I am looking forward to your favorable to your early reply. 温馨提示： 写作文时请注意： 1.按要求写作，要点必须涵盖，不能漏写要点！！注意逻辑上的衔接，给出的点要明确，不要改卷老师看了半天都没找到内容。 2.第一段通常写2-3句，开门见山，表明写信目的，什么活动，大体告诉人家一个大的时间和举办地点即可。邀请加入（按要求灵活变通） 3.第二段通常告知被邀请人活动内容（活动性质，地点，具体时间和具体活动内容（可按点列出或者以时间为节点）和有关要求和希望 4.第三段重申对方参加的重要性并希望尽快回复 5.句子的完整性，主谓结构搞清楚！！可以适当加入定语从句，非谓语等（但是，切记，不要为了写高级句式而写！！） 6.内容的时态为将来时！！！ 7.如果题目未给出具体内容，请先想清楚要写的内容，至少两点！！ 8.外国人时间只有0-12 上午为a.m.下午为p.m. 中午12点为 12:00 p.m. 凌晨12点为 12:00 a.m. 下午2点为 2:00 p.m.切勿写成 14:00 p.m. 四、新闻报道 第一段(导语)：揭示事件的核心内容(why目的；what 事件，when 时间，where地点和 who人物)。（5w必须涵盖）（why没有硬性要求可要可不要） 第二段(主体)：消息的主要部分，它用充足的事实表现主题，是对导语内容的进一步展开和阐释(要补充事件的过程和细节how具体过程)。（记叙文，客观描述，时态为一般过去式） 第三段(结语)：一般是最后一段话或2-3句话，是对全文内容的概括性总结。（好处，赞扬等，主观评价） 【开头段】why目的；what 事件，when 时间，where地点和 who人物（题目若另有要求，请注意写上。比如活动主题什么的） why+what+when+where的句式： ① In order to/Aiming to enrich/encourage/enhance/raise ..., ...organized an activity +时间（last weekend等，看题干给的时间，没给的话自己编一个时间就可以了）. 为了丰富/鼓励/增强/提高……，举行/组织了一次活动。 who 句式： ①The activity was so popular with sb.(写参与对象 eg.students/ teachers, teenagers 等。） 【中间段】事件的过程和细节how具体过程（过去时） As scheduled, the activity began at ...(具体时间）.It lasted about 3 hours. 如安排所进行的，这项活动在...开始，持续3小时。 There are a series of activities/ tasks.有一系列的活动/任务。（看情况要不要） There were several parts.(看情况要不要) 接下来，陈述所给的要点活动。往细节一点儿描写，可以用定于从句去修饰某一部分。不要像写建议信一样加入主观评价哈。 【结尾段】一般是最后一段话或2-3句话，是对全文内容的概括性总结。（好处，赞扬等。主观评价） This activity benefited...(sb.) a lot.Undoubtedly, this event can not only enrich..., but also offer us opportunities to ... 该活动使...受益匪浅。毫无疑问，这次活动不仅可以丰富...，还可以为我们提供学习...的机会！ The activity was highly spoken of because not only did it enrich ...but also it improved ...这项活动受到了高度评价，因为它不仅丰富了我们的学校生活，而且提高了我们对……的兴趣。 Through/thanks to the activity, we have realized the importance of teamwork\.... 通过活动，我们意识到.合作.....的重要性。 五、申请信 【框架】 1.表明身份，阐明来信目的和所申请的职位； 2.个人陈述（总起句：表明自己适合 (或能胜任) 该职位），然后陈述自己的履历和自身优势，性格和能力等；根据题目需要也可提及申请的原因； 3.恳请招聘单位或所申请学校考虑自己的申请并表示感谢，期盼回复。 特别注意：一是不要过分幸承对方，二是不要自吹自擂，如不要1 always studied well and all my teachers loved me.，面应用自己成绩单、获奖情况、相关经历、社会实成情况说明问题。 【写作步骤】 1.说明写信目的 2.介绍白我(包括：学历、工作简历、在学校或工作单位的表现) 3.说明申请该职位或学校的原因 （2.3.为一段） 4.恳请招聘单位或所申请的学校考虑自己的申请，并表示谢意，期望回复 1.第一段：来信目的 ²In reply to your advertisement in..., I am writing to apply for the post/position as a...in your company./ I'm now writing to you in the hope of filling in the job vacancy. ²I would like to apply for admission to your college./ I would like to further my studies in...department of your university. ²Knowing/Hearing that you are recruiting volunteers, I'm' writing to apply for the position with sincerity. 2.第二段：个人陈述 (1) 总起句 ²I feel I have the necessary qualifications (be qualified for) and experience needed for the position. ²I feel I am competent to meet the requirements you listed. ²I'm sure I can live up to your expectation on account of the following reasons.
