For one thing, have a healthy diet. Try to consume vegetables and fruit, which are rich in vitamins and fibre. Meanwhile, you should have some pork, beef and lamb. For another, taking certain quantities of exercise every day is necessary. Exercise can prevent you from feeling tired and make you energetic. Moreover, form a good habit by going to bed early and getting up early.
Overall, a healthy diet, moderate exercise and a good life habit are beneficial to your health.
