Step One leading in
Lead in the topic of today’s lesson by asking:
1) What do you think makes up a healthy diet?
2) What are some rules for healthy eating according to your understanding?
Collect answers from the class. Then activate students’ eagerness to read the text on page 32.
Step Two Reading and matching
Ask students to read the text and finish Activity 1.
