Carmen likes musicians who play different kinds of music. 引导定语从句的词有关系代词that, which, who(宾格whom,所有格whose)和关系副词where, when, why。 I love movies that are funny.(作主语) April Fool's Day is a celebration that takes place in different countries around the world.(作主语) Everything (that) you learn becomes a part of you and changes you. (作宾语) That's the man (that) you are looking for. The book which is on the table is mine.(作主语) The story (which) he told was very interesting.(作宾语 Who,whom分别在从句中作主语和宾语 指人 I'd like to congratulate all the students who are here today.(作主语) I love singers who write their own music. (作主语) The person to whom you just spoke is Mr. Li.(作宾语) 注:关系代词在句中作宾语时,常可省略。 What Do You Feel Like Watching Today ? A. who B. whom C. which D. whose 6.Su Bingtian is a player ______ runs fastest in China at present. A. which B. who C. what D. where 答案及解析 1. 答案:A. 2. 答案:A. 5. 答案:A. 先找先行词,判断是人还是物: 人:用who(主语)、whom(宾语)、whose(所属)。 物:用which/that(主语或宾语)。 2. 作宾语:可省略(如“The book (that/which) I read”)。 3. 1.—What a heavy rain! —So it is. I prefer ___________ at home ___________ on such a rainy day. (09扬州) A. watch TV; to go out B. watch TV; go out C. watching TV; to going out D. to watch TV; going out 2.They preferred_____ rather than_____a bike. A.to walk; to ride B.walking;riding C.to walk;ride 解析:本题考查“prefer doing A to doing B”结构,表示“比起做B,更愿意做A”。 2. 答案:C. 解析:本题考查“prefer to do A rather than do B”结构,表示“宁愿做A,而不愿做B”。 牢记核心搭配: prefer doing A to doing B:比起做B,更喜欢做A(to为介词,后接动名词)。 prefer to do A rather than do B:宁愿做A,而不愿做B(rather than后接动词原形)。 prefer sth. to sth.:比起B事物,更喜欢A事物(to为介词)。 prefer to do sth.:更愿意做某事(后接不定式)。 2. 看到“prefer...rather than...”,rather than后接动词原形。 考点3 one of + the + 最高级 + 名词复数 1.Xi'an is one of capital in China. First, longer breaks are good for students' health. Students have more time to go outside, breathe fresh air and do physical activities. Second, longer breaks are also good for learning. After a good rest, students can focus better in class. During the 15 - minute breaks, we have lots of choices to relax ourselves. I often go to the playground to play badminton or jump rope with my friends. Sometimes, I simply take a walk around the schoolyard. These activities not only refresh my mind but also make me feel more energetic for the next class. In my opinion, longer breaks are a great way to balance study and relaxation. I feel happier and more productive when I have enough time to relax during the day.
