A sport partner post
Hi everyone! I’m Li Hua, a 16-year-old exchange student
from China, now studying in London.
I’m an outgoing and energetic person who loves meeting
new people. In my free time, I enjoy playing badminton
and hiking—they help me stay active and explore new
places. I’m also good at table tennis and can teach you
some Chinese techniques!
I’m looking for a sports partner who is friendly and
shares my love for outdoor activities. Whether you like
jogging in the park or trying new sports like rock climbing,
I’d love to join! It would be great if you’re interested in
Chinese culture too—we can exchange stories about our
countries while exercising.

make a schedule that works for both of us! Hoping to find
someone who can make exercise fun and help each other
stay healthy. Call me if you’re interested!

公交见闻:文明的传递
How are you? I want to tell you about something that
happened on my way to school.
One morning, a young man on the bus played a video on
his phone without earphones. The loud noise made many
people disgusted, and some even frowned. Just then, an old
grandma gently reminded him, “Dear, could you lower the
volume? It’s disturbing others.” To everyone’s surprise, he
immediately apologized and turned down the sound. What’s
more, at the next stop, he offered his seat to a mother
with a baby.
I think people can always change for the better. Small
acts like respecting others’ feelings can make our society
more civilized. Do you have similar experiences?

关于教育政策的介绍邮件
How’s everything going? I’m excited to share new
education policies in China with you. To help students grow
healthily, the “30 Measures for Burden Reduction” and
“Double Reduction” policy were introduced.
Now, junior high students’ homework takes no more than
90 minutes daily. Mobile phones are banned in class to keep
us focused. Teachers encourage us to listen carefully and
review lessons actively. Also, we’re advised to exercise for
an hour every day. Since these policies took effect, I
joined a basketball club, made new friends, and improved
my study efficiency.
These policies benefit us greatly. I believe they’ll help us
become well - rounded. What do you think? Looking

我一直做的一件事
I am very happy to be here to make a speech today, My
topic is “One Thing I Keep Doing”.
As we know, what we keep doing every day is very
important for us to achieve our goals. That’s why I
keepreading every day no matter how busy I am. I usually
spend about one hour a day reading my favorite books and
loften share what I read with my friends. Honestly
speaking, reading not only brings me knowledge, but
alsoteaches me how to get on well with others and how to
be a better person. (可以举例) When I feel sad,
funnystories make me smile./My parents also say I talk
more thoughtfully.
Keeping reading helps me open my eyes to the outside

world and bring me different cultures. The more lread, the
wiser I will be.
So, my dear friends, always remember that ““Where
there is a will, there is a way.” Let’s try reading every
day!Start with just 10 minutes. You can read anything you
like-sports news, science facts, or even jokes! Maybe
wecan share our favorite books in class!
