本单元的中心话题是恰当运用一般过去时询问别人周末的活动以及对别人的询问作出回答。由于
学生第一次接触一般过去时,所以教师在教学设计时,可以通过单元歌曲“Last weekend”、游戏“Quick
ys”、日历等形式激发学生学习兴趣,唤醒学生大脑中原有的知识储备,为新课的开展做好语言上的准
备。同时,由于本单元的内容比较贴近学生的生活实际,教师可以将自己的周末活动经历和班级学生的
周末活动经历做成照片和小视频,作为课堂中英语交流的素材,最大限度地给学生创设贴近真实生活环
境的英语交流空间,让学生在情境中学英语,在生活中用英语,学以致用,增强学生运用英语的意识和能
