Good morning, ladies and gentlemen!
The person I admire most is Helen Keller, one of the most influential women in America in the 20th century.
When she was a young child, she became blind and deaf because of a serious disease, leaving her in utter darkness and silence. When she was seven, to get Helen a good education, her parents made many sacrifices and found her a teacher. With Helen's exceptional intelligence and determined effort, combined with her teacher's skill and patience, she made outstanding achievements. She almost devoted her entire life to helping the blind and deaf children.
It is her optimistic and enthusiastic attitude towards life that always motivates me and pushes me to strive for my goal.

The Person Who Influences Me Most
The Person Who Influences Me Most
Many people have a great influence on me, but I think no one can compare with my mother.
Working as a civil servant, she doesn't appear to be extraordinary in any way but she works faithfully and devotedly. At the same time, she never puts her family aside. It is my mother who teaches me to be kind, optimistic and persistent. When I come across someone in need, I'm willing to give a helping hand. When I encounter difficulties, I always constantly seek for approaches to them.
She is not only my mother but also my life mentor. Indeed, she is just the person affecting me greatly.

The person I respect
There are many respectable people around us. As for me, my father is the one I respect. He is a doctor and always takes a positive attitude towards life.
There are various reasons why I admire him. As a doctor, he is devoted to his job, saying “Nothing is more important than saving a life, however difficult it is.” In March, he volunteered to go to Wuhan, determined to help those suffering from COVID⁃19 despite the risk of being infected, which made me promote the understanding of bravery and responsibility. As a father, not only does he care about my life, but he also inspires me to set a high aim and strive for it. But for his encouragement, I couldn't have made so much progress.
Such is my father, a great man who sets a good example for me and I love him a great deal.

The Person I Admire Most
Dear fellow students,
There are many respectable people around us. And the person I admire most is Mrs Wu, aged 30, my English teacher, who has been teaching English for 6 years.
Mrs Wu is kind and thoughtful towards us students just like our dear mother. Once, when one of my classmates got injured unexpectedly, without hesitation, Mrs Wu took him to hospital for medical treatment immediately. What impresses me most is that she always tries new ways to make her classes lively and interesting. Also, she is very patient with us and always helps us find solutions to problems when we turn to her for help. With her help, our English has made rapid progress.
In my eyes, Mrs Wu is more than our teacher. She’s also our best friend. That’s why she deserves our respect.
That’s all. Thank you!

No one is a born winner. People make themselves into winners by their own efforts. I learned this lesson from an experience many years ago. I took the head coaching job at a school in Baxley, Georgia. It was a small school with a weak football program. The school took part in the league matches every year. However, it never ended well. We were more of the audience, watching and cheering instead of sweating out a victory in the field.
It was a tradition for the school’s old team to play against the new team at the end of spring practice. The old team had no coach for lack of resources, and they didn’t even practice to prepare for the game.
I was assigned as coach of the new team, which was why I was excited. I believed that we were going to win, but to my disappointment, we were defeated. I couldn’t believe I had got into such a situation. Thinking hard about it, I tried to figure out the reason and what I should do next.
It didn’t take long before I came to realize that my team might not be the number one team in Georgia, but they were depending on me.
Without proper guidance or previous experience, my team was at a loss what to do. I had to change my attitude about their ability and potential.I would let my action do the talking. First, I started doing anything I could to help them build a little pride. I could see their spirits lifted, with their head held high with great confidence. Most importantly, I began to treat them like winners. Only when they regarded themselves as winners could they willingly invest time and energy.

Paragraph 1:
That summer, the other teams enjoyed their vacation. We met every day and practiced passing and kicking the football. At first, some complained that even the hardest practice couldn't change the fact that they were the last. The whole team were filled with a sense of depression and failure. What I could do at that time was try to cheer them up and tell them not to give up. Encouraged by my persistence, the team lifted their spirits and practiced harder.
Paragraph 2:
Six months later, the football season started. After suffering our defeat on the spring practice field, we won our first game, and continued to improve. Finally, my boys beat the best team in Georgia, giving us one of the greatest thrills of my life! From the experience I learned a lot about how the attitude of the leader could influence the members of a team. Instead of regarding my boys as losers, I pushed and encouraged them. I help them see themselves differently, and they built themselves into winners. Winners are made, not born.

One weekend in August, Daniel and his father drove five hours to camp overnight by a lake in the forest. On the way, unfortunately, his father received a phone call from Daniel's teacher saying Daniel had broken the school rules, and then he started to criticize(批评)Daniel. By the time they reached the lake, Daniel was so angry that he said to his father, “I'm going to find a better place for us to camp” and walked away alone.
With no path to follow, Daniel just walked on for quite a long time. After he had climbed to a high place, he turned around, hoping to see the lake. To his surprise, he saw nothing but the forest and a snow-capped mountain. He suddenly realized that he was lost.
“Dad! Mom! Dad! Mom!...” he cried. “Help! Help me!...”
No reply. If only he had not left his mobile phone in that bag with his father. Daniel kept moving, but the farther he walked, the more confused he became. As night was beginning to fall, Daniel was so tired that he had to stop for the night. Lying awake in the dark, Daniel said to himself, “Hadn't I walked away angrily, I wouldn't be trapped in this awful place, faced with the danger of dying.” He regretted it with endless anxiety, and then became asleep with tears in his eyes.
Daniel rose at the break of day, hungry and thirsty. He could hear water trickling(滴落)somewhere in the distance. Quickly he followed the sound to a stream. To his great joy, he saw some apple trees. He ate some. Never in his life had he tasted anything better. Feeling stronger now, Daniel began to walk along the stream and hoped it would lead him to the lake.
注意:续写词数应为150个左右。
As he walked along the stream carefully,Daniel heard a strange sound in the distance.
It was early in the morning when Daniel woke up.
As he walked along the stream carefully, Daniel heard a strange sound in the distance. It was a helicopter. Daniel took off his white T-shirt and waved to it. Unfortunately, the thick jungle hid everything. Daniel became disappointed and frustrated. It was getting dark again. Daniel, exhausted and scared, lay down near a stone, missing his parents in the distance. He couldn't help crying and then fell asleep again.
It was early in the morning when Daniel woke up. Weak as he was, he struggled to his feet, continuing searching for assistance. To his great joy, a helicopter was flying overhead on and on. He climbed to the mountain peak, waving his white T-shirt with all his strength to attract the pilot's attention. Luckily, the pilot found him and managed to hoist him into the helicopter. Feeling warm, he hugged his father tightly with tears in his eyes. Then he apologized to his parents for what he had done. From then on, he never broke the school rules again and he behaved well.
