They are very small, the smallest species(种类) is only 5 cm long. Their name comes from the humming sound their wings make. They can beat their wings up to 80 times a second. Text 2: The bloodhound is a breed of(一种) dog. They are famous for their amazing sense of smell and ability to track(追踪) people over great distances(距离). Bloodhounds have millions of scent receptors(嗅觉感受器) in their noses, making their sense of smell much better than humans. They are used by police to track missing persons or suspects(可疑分子).
