Junior high school life is an important stage in our growth. I think it is both colorful and
challenging.
I study many subjects, such as math, English, Chinese, and so on. For math, I often make study
plans and do a lot of exercises to improve my problem-solving ability. In English and Chinese
learning, I pay attention to reading classic literature to improve my understanding of the language
and culture.
During my junior high school years, I have grown a lot. I used to depend on my parents for
everything, but now I have become more independent. I can take care of my daily life and study on
my own. These growth experiences will have a positive influence on my future life and study.

As we know, insects are small and weak animals. To help these animals, some people build houses
for them in gardens, parks and farms. When winter comes, the insects can find a warm place to live in.
They don't need to be afraid of wind or rain anymore. They can live there and give birth to babies. Do
you want to make an insect hotel yourself? Here I will tell you how to build one for your insect friends.
Step 1: Choose a place
The best place to build one is outside. After all, there are already many insects outside your home. If
you have a garden, you can build your hotel near a tree. Or you can just build it in your balcony(阳台).
Step 2: Build the house
The best hotel is made of wood. It's really strong. If you cannot find any wood, empty paper boxes
are a good choice. Then, you need to divide the house into different rooms and floors.
Step 3: Fill the rooms
Before filing the rooms, think about a question first. What types of insects do you want to invite?
Different insects like different things. This will help you decide how to fill the rooms.
Step4:Open up

①Doing housework is really important in our daily lives. It not only helps to keep our living space
clean and comfortable but also teaches us responsibility and organization. Here are some simple tips to
make doing chores easier and more efficient (高效的)
②Create a chore schedule. Instead of waiting until the house is messy, plan regular (定期的) times
to clean. This could be daily tasks like tidying up after meals or weekly tasks like weekend clean-ups
Having a schedule helps break down the work into manageable parts and prevents chores from
becoming big projects.
③Make chores more enjoyable. Put on your favorite music or listen to an audiobook while
cleaning. You can also invite friends over to help, turning the task into a social event. This makes the
time pass more quickly and can even make you look forward to doing chores.
④Develop good habits. Simple things can make a big diference. Put things back where they
belong after you use them. Wash the dishes right after meals. Make your bed every morning, These
small habits, if you do them regularly, can cut down on the amount of deep cleaning you need to do.
Find the best time for you. Some people prefer to clean in the morning to start the day with a
fresh environment, while others might find it more suitable to tidy up in the evening to relax. Discover
what works best for you and stick to it.
I hope you found these tips useful to keep your room clean and tidy. It's certainly something that
takes time and perseverance (坚持不懈) and probably won't happen overnight but the results are well
worth it. Remember, a clean and organized home brings a sense of peace and order, making it a pleasant
place to live in.

teenagers into scientific and technological innovation and help us think in new ways.
We teenagers are curious and have great imaginations. 31 Schools can help a lot. They
can have science fairs. At these fairs, we can show our own cool inventions. Maybe we make a small
solar-powered fan or a simple model of a smart city. 32
Teachers are super important too. They shouldn't just tell us what to learn.33 Like,
"How can we make our classroom more comfortable?" Then we can think of different ways to solve the
problem.
They can have science labs with good tools. We can do experiments in the labs and
test our ideas. There are also many science programs online. Schools can let us watch them to learn
more.
Working with our classmates is a great way to be creative.

C
People often set some goals in their daily life. But how can they hold on to them? Recently,
researchers carried out a study and they discovered that the key lies in seeing goals as a journey rather
than a destination
Over 1.6oo people were tested in the study. These people had different goals, such as getting fit or
learning new things. After they reached their goals, they were divided into two groups on average.
One group was asked to consider their goals as a long journey. They could sometimes see a picture
of a road with the word "journey" held by the researchers. The other group was told to view their goals
as just a finish line. They saw a picture with the word "destination".
The results were interesting. The people who thought of their goals as a journey kept doing
positive things, such as exercising or studying, even after they reached their goals. Days and months
later, they stuck to their habits better than the other group
Students can learn something from the results. They tell us it's better to think of learning and
growing as something that keeps going, not just a onetime thing. In this way, students can stay excited
about their goals. They get used to learning and getting better all the time, not just for a short while.
This study helps students understand that reaching a goal is only part of a longer journey. It's not just
about getting to the end. Such an idea can help students better stick to their goals.
