Healthy eating, in my view, plays a crucial role in adolescent growth. Not only does it ensure physical well-being, it also boosts academic performance and life satisfaction. Therefore, here comes my advice. It always comes first to minimize the intake of foods that are high in sugar and fat as well as prioritize eating a greater number of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Equally important is to stick to regular eating habits and avoid excessive eating.  Thanks! (二) A Healthy Habit In the challenging yet colorful academic pursuits and daily life, I have gradually formed a healthy habit of time management. I meticulously map out my daily schedule, and balance moments of my study, relaxation, and spirit-lifting recreation, to guarantee a life that is both efficient and harmonious. My study efficiency has soared with this habit, which provides me opportunities to explore my personal hobbies and serves as an unyielding shield, guarding me against the learning anxieties, thereby enabling me to perform at my best both physically and mentally. Subtly but significantly influenced by time management, I find myself embracing each day with confidence, transforming into a better version of myself.  (三) Protect Our Eyes Alarmingly, an increasing number of teenagers are struggling with vision impairments, a trend that begs for immediate attention. Obviously, our modern lifestyle plays a significant role in nearsightedness, such as hours spent glued to screens, great pressure of better academic grades, and less time on outdoor activities, to name just a few. To safeguard our eyes, simple yet effective tips are highly recommended. It always comes first to use our eyes properly, with a rest for 5-10 minutes for every 40 minutes. Regular exercises outdoors are also preferable. Plus it is a must to minimize our time on smartphones. Let's go cherishing our eyes, and build a bright future together! After all, eyes are the windows to the world, and we must keep them wide open.  (四) Dear fellow students, As we know, exercise is to the body what thinking is to the brain. However, it is not unusual for us teenagers to neglect the importance of physical exercise. Many of us spend hours seated, whether it's in front of textbooks or screens, and therefore end up with health problems. As students, to keep ourselves academically strong and physically fit, it’s high time that we should go exercising to make some changes. All forms of exercise are recommended, such as going for a long run, taking a bike ride, hiking in the mountains or playing outdoors with your friends. After all, every little bit counts----no exercise is too small to make all the difference. Let's move together and embrace an active lifestyle!  Li Hua (五) Exercise Really Matters As we can see, an increasing number of people have a preference for exercise, which can not only keep us healthy, but also help us to maintain good living habits, therefore benefiting us throughout our life. As for me, my favorite sport is Tai Chi. As a national intangible cultural heritage, Tai Chi focuses on the perfect combination of wisdom and strength, making it a kind of traditional Chinese boxing with a mix of maintaining one's temperament, strengthening one's body and fighting against others. Not taking up too much of my time, practicing Tai Chi frees me of my anxiety from study, as well as develops my persevering and optimistic attitude towards life, which makes all the difference to my study and life. Let's go exercising and enjoy the fun and benefits of it! (六) Dear Jack, I'm terribly sorry to learn that you've been feeling under the weather these days because you are sort of overweight. But don't worry too much, and here comes my advice on how to lose weight and keep fit. Working out regularly always comes first. Joining a sports club, for example, is a top option to help you keep in good shape. It is also preferable to go on a diet by making a eating schedule. Equally important is to get enough sleep for eight hours a day, and say no to staying up late, without which you would become fatter. I hope my advice is of some help to you. Yours, Li Hua (七) Dear Tom, Learning that you want to keep fit and are at a loss which exercise to maintain for a long time, I think jogging is my top recommendation. In contrast with the long-distance running, which is more challenging, jogging takes a short time and free us from the tension of learning. It can also promote our sleep if we go jogging before going to bed. Better still, jogging can enhance memory, which is definitely a double-win exercise for us students. If you have the opportunity to come to China as an exchange student, you can also have a try of our school's characteristic project, Tai Chi, which can be exercised every day, and helps adjust moods. Just do it and enjoy the joy that sports bring you! Yours, Li Hua (八) Good Habits, Good Heal As is known to all, good habits benefits us for a lifetime, of which early sleep and early rise is what I have held on to. I still remember the time during my summer vacation five years ago when I tended to stay up late for fun and lie in bed without breakfast the next day. Not only did it disrupt my body clock, resulting in my memory loss and the decrease in my immune system, it also had a huge impact on my studies. It was early to bed and early to rise, however, that brought me back to normal life. Together, let's develop healthy habits! I believe that persistence prevails. (九) Dear Allen, Last week witnessed a week-long series of activities themed with "Healthy Lifestyle". I am writing to share them with you. Different departments from my school came together to give birth to the great variety of activities. The Student Union invited a renowned expert from the People's Hospital to give lectures on healthy life, the P.E. Office organized basketball and volleyball games, the Mental Health Club carried out a series of large-scale group guidance, and the 3 grades held class meetings to talk about healthy lifestyle. Realization swept through me that as a student, only by living a healthy lifestyle could I free myself from the intense study, balance my study and life, and get twice the result with half the effort.
