The cartoon film Nezha tells the story of a boy born with a “demon (魔鬼) mark”. People think he will bring disaster. However, Nezha refuses to accept this fate (命运). With his parents’ love and his own strong will, he finally changes his fate and becomes a hero.
Nezha’s journey reminds me that no one can decide who we are except ourselves. When others called him a “monster”, he didn’t give in to their prejudice (偏见). Instead, he showed his kindness and bravery through actions. This taught me that labels (标签) don’t decide who we are—our choices do.
Nezha’s parents never gave him up, even when the whole world feared him. Their love gave him the strength to fight for his future. It made me realize how lucky I am to have my family’s encouragement when I face difficulties.
Finally, the movie shows that changing fate requires effort. Nezha trained hard to control his powers. In real life, if we want to achieve something, we must work for it. Success doesn’t come from luck but from persistence.
This movie is not just fun to watch. It teaches us about being brave, loving our family and never giving up.

【答案】参考范文:
A Beautiful Rainbow I’ll Never Forget
One summer afternoon, after a heavy rainstorm, I saw a bright rainbow in the sky. Its colors were beautiful after the dark clouds disappeared. That moment was magical, and it reminded me of my own life.
Just like the storm, I went through a difficult time in school when I failed an important test. I felt sad and thought I couldn’t do better. My parents and teachers encouraged me to try again, so I started studying harder. It wasn’t easy, and sometimes I wanted to give up. When I finally passed the next test, it felt like the rainbow appeared in my life.
The rainbow taught me that challenges are like storms—they won’t be there forever. If I keep trying, good things will come. That rainbow will always remind me to stay strong, even when life feels difficult, because brighter days are ahead.

During the break times between classes, Xiao Jingsheng from Beijing Shangdi Experimental School often rushed to the toilet then back to class with no time for anything else. But now that has changed. “I can have more time to rest and share interesting things with my classmates,” said the 14-year-old.
Starting this fall semester (学期), students at primary and middle schools in Beijing have longer breaks between classes. It has been changed from 10 minutes to 15 minutes so that students can spend more time outdoors for their physical and mental well-being (心理健康)。
To help children better enjoy break-time activities, some schools have mixed break time with labor(劳动)education by opening planting areas and animal breeding zones (饲养区). “We have welcomed new friends to our school—some ducks and rabbits!” said Zhang Boren, a 13-year-old from Beijing 101 Middle School. “During the breaks, some play with these cute animals, while others exercise on the playground. We get closer to nature, which is relaxing.”

29. What does the word “persistence” mean in the fourth paragraph?
A. Giving up easily. B. Waiting for luck. C. Keeping trying. D. Asking others for help.
30. What is the movie mainly about?
A Prejudice is always right. B. Magic can solve all the problems.
C. Family is more important than friends. D. We can change our fate if we try with bravery.

According to the survey, Kingsley Lake has an unchanging water level because of its surface drainage (排水) system. This system helps the floodwater easily run from the lake to the areas around. In addition, the lake has many shallow (浅的) water areas, so it can be filled with water again in no time, creating the balance of the water in the lake.
