Students draft a thank-you letter to their favorite teacher using the structure of Zhang Guimei’s letter and the sentences they wrote down in the table.
1. How time flies! 时光飞逝!
“How time flies! 时光飞逝”,常用于书信开头。
e.g. How time flies! It is an ending of summer vacation.
2.Over the past three years, you took care of everything for us.
take care of 照顾=look after
e.g. I'm not worried about her ─ she can take care of herself.
3.“Get up, girls!” “Time for early morning reading, girls!”
(1) get up 起床
e.g. They have to get up early in the morning.他们大清早就得起床。

4.Your deep love will light our way for the rest of our lives.
