Nature in Architecture Learning Aims: 1. To have a deep understanding of the relationship between nature and architecture by sorting out information of the three buildings from three aspects. 2. To realize the importance of living in harmony with nature by concluding something common among the three buildings. 3. To learn to seek inspiration from nature and design something to solve our life problems by using what is learned. Teaching procedure: I. Lead in: Bird’s nest → Bird’s Nest Dragonfly → War plane Bat → Radar Nature gives us lots of inspiration in architecture, military,science, art, literature. II. Skimming Activity 1(Read for structure) Introduction(Paras 1-2) :There is much inspiration from nature in our daily lives, and nature has also inspired _many of the most fascinating designs around us.
