Happiness is important to everyone. Most people hope to be happy, but few know how to get happiness. Just money and success can’t bring long-lasting happiness. Happiness depends on us. That is to say, we make our own happiness. Here are some ways to make you happier.
The first key to happiness is to like the simple things in life. Often, we spend too much time thinking about the future. For example, we think about going to college or getting a nice job. Because of this, we don’t enjoy the present (现在). We should enjoy simple fun in life. For example, we can read a good book, listen to the music we like, or spend time with good friends. People with several true friends usually live happier and healthier lives.
The second key to a happy life is to be active. Many people know this when they dance or play a sport. At that time, we can forget our problems and just think about the activity.
At last many people get happiness from helping others. Studies show that people feel good when they use their time to do some meaningful things for others. So if we want to be happier, we can do something nice for others.
Happiness is very important to everyone and we should make our own happiness.
(Only one word for one blank. 每空一词)

At last, many people get happiness from helping others. Studies show that people feel good when they use their time to do some meaningful things for others. So if we want to be happier, we can do something nice for others.
Happiness is very important to everyone and we should make our own happiness.

For example, take a 10-minute break every hour to stretch your body.
