Do you want to travel around the world? Lexie Alford, from California, America, finished traveling to every country in the world at the age of 21.
Lexie Alford comes from a traveling family. Her mother began her own travel business at a young age, and always took Lexie with her on all of her travels. When she was only 18 years old, Lexie visited 70 countries. That made her want to visit the other parts of the world. In October 2017, Lexie began a trip to visit all 195 countries in the world. Two years later, she finished it.
Lexie used planes, boats and trains to get around. But she liked to travel by train most. “Traveling on trains is slow travel. I can watch the changing views (风景) from the window,” she said.
For Lexie, traveling is the best. Even in the hard times, she never thought of giving up (放弃). “I’m lucky I made it at last. I felt tired, but it was still an exciting trip. Do you want to travel around the world? Lexie Alford, from California, America, finished traveling to every country in the world at the age of 21.
Lexie Alford comes from a traveling family. Her mother began her own travel business at a young age, and always took Lexie with her on all of her travels. When she was only 18 years old, Lexie visited 70 countries. That made her want to visit the other parts of the world. In October 2017, Lexie began a trip to visit all 195 countries in the world. Two years later, she finished it.
Lexie used planes, boats and trains to get around. But she liked to travel by train most. “Traveling on trains is slow travel. I can watch the changing views (风景) from the window,” she said.
For Lexie, traveling is the best. Even in the hard times, she never thought of giving up (放弃). “I’m lucky I made it at last. I felt tired, but it was still an exciting trip. I learned quite a lot from the lovely and friendly people in each country,” she said. “And I learned a lot about the world. The world would be so boring if everything was the same everywhere.”
