是Where引导的特殊疑问句,用于询问某人/物(单数名词或者不可数名词)在哪里。
where's是where is的缩略形式。
回答要用到含有方位介词的地点短语,同时注意主语代词的正确使用。
复数形式: Where are.....?They are...

where 表示“在哪里”,常用来询问地点,构成特殊疑问句。
"Where's .?”句型用于询问单数的人或物品在什么地方
如果是物品,就用"It's +地点.”回答;
如果是人,则用"He/She is +地点.”回答。
"Where are ...?”句型也是用于询问物品或人在什么地方,但询问的物品或人是复数形式,其回答也用复数形式"They're +地点”。

(1) 常见方位介词的用法
1. in:表示“在 ... 里面”,通常用于描述某物处于另一物体的内部空间。当涉及tree (树)这一参照物时, in the tree和on the tree的用法有着明显的区别。
in the tree用于描述原本不在树上,后来被放置、挂在或停留在树上的物体。
on the tree则用于描述原本就长在树上的物体,如树枝、树叶、花朵、果实等。
如: The book is in the bag.书在包里。

如: There is a picture on the wall.墙上有一幅画。
3.under:表示“在 下面”,强调某物在另一物体的垂直正下方。
