All Depending on Myself or Turning to Others for Help
In the face of problems.especially big ones, some people prefer to all depend on themselves while others prefer to turn
to others for help. For me,I'd like to solve them all alone for most of the time.
Firstly, everyone has their own problems to work out,so I don't want to trouble them with mine.Secondly, solving
problems all by myself helps me to be stronger and more independent. All through it.I have to think of each part of the
problem carefully, figure out different ways to deal with them, and at the same time, learn different useful skills. And all
these will finally make me a more excellent person.Last but not least,I'm a person enjoying challenging myself.
All in al.I do believe that all depending on myself will make me a true man in the future.Though hard for most of the
time.I enjoy it!

“I just don't have enough time.” “I'm going to mess it up anyway.” These are the reasons people give for not making their beds. While they make sense, what if you know it does you great good? Would you like to form such a habit? domino effect
It encourages a tidy environment. When one area of your room is messy, it can create a domino effect of messiness. You may start leaving clothing, food, and unwashed bedding on the floor. When your bed is made up, it encourages you to keep the rest of your room tidy. Seeing one part of your room clean moves you to want to do more.
It helps make you feel good. Many people are visual people—— what they see is what they feel. They most likely have difficulty working at their best in messy environments. After a long day of work, you may come home and try to relax. If most of your relaxation takes place in your room, seeing a messy bed can make your long day a bit harder. However, keeping a tidy bed can bring a small sense of calmness.
▲ There are times you may feel like nothing is going the way you want. Making your bed is something you can have complete control over the result. Doing little things like this can take your mind off the negative things. And through this, you can make the disappointment coming from unachieved tasks become less.
While it brings many useful benefits to make your bed in the morning, there are also some things that can be bigger disadvantages. For example, some research argues it may lead to decreased (降低的)creativity, especially for those who need a messy workplace to do creative thinking.
Anyway, making your bed is completely up to you. While the benefits may encourage you to start this habit, be sure to understand what your body truly wants. If you feel you make better improvements with a messy bed, feel free to be a non-bed maker.
