Released during the Spring Festival, the film broke the box office(票房) record of The Battle at Lake Changjin, earned 184.72 billion yuan, breaking China’s box office record.
Why do people love Ne Zha 2? Many believe its success comes from its exciting story, well-designed characters, and a modern version of a traditional tale that resonates deeply with audiences. Body language does not use words. It uses the movement or position of your body to show certain meanings. According to American scientist Edward T. For example, if your friend asks you to join him in a picnic, you will give him an “OK” gesture to say “Yes, sounds great!” Sometimes, your words say one thing, but your body language says another. You may do things unconsciously(无意识地) like touching your face while telling a lie.
In different cultures, the same body language means different things. In the US, making eye contact(眼神交流) with someone means you are interested in what the person is saying. While in some Asian countries, it is rude to look into a person’s eyes during a conversation.
Sometimes, different body language expresses the same meaning. Take “hello” for example. French people kiss cheeks (脸颊) to say hello. Japanese people bow (鞠躬). Maoris in New Zealand, however, touch noses in greeting. What are you trying to say? Body language is important to teenagers. Understanding this language helps you to communicate better with others.

In February 2025, China introduced a nationwide policy(政策) to give high school students two full days off every weekend. This change aims to reduce(减少) the heavy study pressure that students have faced for years. Before the policy, many students in provinces like Hunan and Hebei only had one day or even half a day to rest each week. Now, schools are required to cancel(取消) all weekend classes and exams, allowing students to relax or explore personal interests.
According to the new rules, teachers cannot assign(布置) extra homework during weekends, but schools must keep libraries and sports facilities open for students who wish to study or exercise.
Most students welcome the policy. “I finally have time to play basketball and read novels,” said Li Ming, a 16-year-old student from Hunan. “I feel less tired and more focused during weekdays.” Studies also show that students who get enough rest perform better in exams. For example, a high school in Zhejiang reported a 15% improvement in average test scores after implementing(实施) the policy.
However, some parents still worry. “Weekends used to be important for reviewing lessons. I'm afraid my child will fall behind,” said a parent in Changsha. Rural areas face bigger challenges. In villages where educational resources(资源) are limited. To solve this, government has created free online learning platforms and encouraged urban(城市的) schools to share resources with rural ones.
Education experts believe this policy makes a turning point in China’s education system. “It’s not just about giving students free time——it’s about teaching them to balance study and life.” said Professor Wang from Beijing Normal University. While challenges remain, many hope this policy will create a healthier environment for the next generation(一代人).

43. What is the attitude(态度) of most students towards this policy?
A. Happy. B. Worried. C. Uninterested. D. Angry.
44. According to paragraph 4, why do rural areas face bigger challenges?
A. Because the children in the village will fall behind.
B. Because government do nothing to solve their problems.
C. Because villages have fewer educational resources.
D. Because villages have more educational resources.
45. What do education experts think about the new policy?
