B Can plants grow on the moon? Here’s the good news. Scientists at the University of Florida have grown plants in soil from the moon. The moon soil was collected by NASA’s astronauts over 50 years ago. The soil is so valuable that it took the scientists 11 years to get NASA’s agreement to use it.
