The First Shenzhen International Intelligent (智能的) Sanitation (卫生) Cleaning Robot Competition was held in March 2024.
A total of 37 robots got awards at the competition. Four of them won first prizes, seven second prizes, ten third prizes, and the others received merit (优秀) prizes.
At first, companies developed cleaning robots based on their understandings of market demands (需求). This competition, also the world’s first sanitation robot competition, however, was set to change this situation. It aimed to help the high-quality development of sanitation cleaning robots.
The driverless sweeper S330, developed by a company from Shenzhen, won one of the first prizes. It was the only one to successfully finish cleaning on a 20-degree slope (斜坡) at the competition. The sweeper S330 is a highly intelligent outdoor driverless sweeper and it has a large rubbish box. It can dump rubbish by itself when it is full. It can also clean while spraying (喷) water to control dust. This sweeper has been used in Huafu Subdistrict and Shenzhen Book City CBD Store in Futian District.
At present, Shenzhen is leading in producing and researching and developing the AI sanitation equipment. It takes up more than 30% of these companies in this area in China. Shenzhen is playing a very important role in China, and even around the world.

Lewis Carrol is one of the most famous writers for children of all time. He is the writer of the Children’s classics Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.
Carrol was born on January 27, 1832 in England. His real name was Charles Lutwidge Dodgson. He was oldest boy in a family of eleven children. As a child, he did well in maths and won many prizes. He also created games for himself and his brothers and sisters.
Carrol studied at Richmond School and Rugby School. In 1850, he started studying at Christ Church, Oxford. After finishing his studies, he became a teacher of maths at Oxford. Besides teaching maths, he also took photos and wrote articles and poems.
Carrol loved children. He became friends with the children of a family, Alice, Lorina and Edith. The three little girls often visited the young maths teacher in his college rooms. They spent many hours with Carrol, sitting on his sofa while he told them fantastic stories about dream worlds. ________
During an afternoon picnic in 1864, Carrol told the children a story of Alice’s adventures underground. Alice liked it very much and when they returned home, she asked him to write it down for her. Hutongs are old-style city streets. In Beijing, they are an important part of the city culture. Lewis Carrol is one of the most famous writers for children of all time. He is the writer of the Children’s classics Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.
Carrol was born on January 27, 1832 in England. His real name was Charles Lutwidge Dodgson. He was oldest boy in a family of eleven children. As a child, he did well in maths and won many prizes. He also created games for himself and his brothers and sisters.
